| Karen began Art Classes with John Stoa before becoming a member of Dundee Art Society. She has attended workshops in pastels with Fiona Haldane, oils with Allan Perrera and annual master classes with Dr. James Morrison. The surroundings of Dundee, Angus and Fife provide inspiration for her landscape paintings . Flowers, people and animals offer challenges and the opportunity to develop skills in technique which she strives to achieve in order to capture the essence of the subject. |
